Families can escape down the rabbit hole and experience a “world of wonder” this August as Alice In Wonderland comes to Leeds.
Produced by Same Difference Arts group, this “highly interactive” show brings Alice in Wonderland‘s titular character and the land of the unexpected to Kirkgate Market for two successive weekends.
The performances – which take place on August 20 and August 27 – have been billed as being “perfect for families”, with audiences playing a role in helping Alice navigate her way through wild tea parties and croquet games to find her way home.
Guests can also expect to meet iconic characters along the way – including the Mad Hatter, a White Rabbit, the Queen of Hearts and many more.
Four shows will be held at Kirkgate Market in total; with 11am and 2pm slots on August 20 and August 27.
Each show is approximately 50 minutes long.
