Revolutionising bottomless brunches with an offering of unlimited food and drink, Hoist House is serving up a huge selection of pizzas with a whopping FIFTEEN different drinks.

Everything about this bottomless is supersized, and no one is complaining. It’s a rare opportunity to each and drink as much as you can squeeze in without compromising on quality- the pizzas here are packed with flavour, as are the cocktails.

Lasting ninety minutes with sittings available Monday – Saturday, this is a bottomless experience that will leave you stuffed.

There’s twelve different pizza options, including the Tuna Supreme, a tomato base with mozzarella, tuna, sweetcorn, olives, red onions and peppers; BBQ Pulled Pork with sweetcorn and the Veggie Supreme, all pictured below.

Alongside classic margaritas and pepperoni flavours, brunchers can choose from exciting options like BBQ with cajun chicken and the ‘N-Doo-Ya’ piled high with Nduja and mozzarella.

The El Bastardo is another standout favourite, and offers a subtle kick to a meat-lover’s dream: think pepperoni, chillis, jalapenos and nduja on a bed of tomato and mozzarella.

The new menu also includes tasty options like the Spring Chicken with spring onions, and chicken slices with olives and green pesto, as well as Chicken Yeeros with tzatziki and chilli sauce- all of which can be sampled during your bottomless visit, so long as you can finish them.

If that’s not enough, there’s cheesy garlic pizza bread on hand as a starter too.

Clearly, the benefits of this bottomless are obvious. There’s over 180 combinations of pizzas and drinks to choose from and you can test out as many as you like during your bottomless brunch sitting.

Long gone are leafy salads and tiny brunch portions: this is the bottomless where the food options are just as exciting as the beverages.

Drinkswise, the choices here are just as overwhelming. Expect the likes of Aperol Spritz, as well as elevated alternatives to mix up your ninety minute sitting like a Hugo Spritz: which comes as a refreshing alternative with elderflower liqueur.

In addition to these summer-style drinks, there’s Peach Bellinis, Mimosas and free-flowing Prosecco on offer, as well as a vast selection of soft drinks and mocktails.

If that’s not enough, there’s Tanquerary gin, Gordons pin gin, Absolut vodka, Captain Morgans rum with mixers as well as passionfruit martini mocktails, 0% Heineken, Cornish Orchard Cider and Hoist Houses’ own lager and wine options.

For those looking for an alternative to the classic cocktail choices, this bottomless also includes house lagers, ale, cider and wine: making it one of the few non-stop alcoholic servings to include a variety of options that will suit all drinkers, regardless of their preference.

According to a report from bottomlessbrunch.com, a company that specialises in understanding the best bottomlesses across the UK pronounced Hoist House as the second best in Leeds for students. The bar scored highly across availability of bottomless brunch, drinks selection, and proximity to the main university campus (0.7 miles).

As part of the study, each of Leeds’ boozy brunches were marked against a number of categories, including: the number of restaurants offering brunch, menus catered to vegans, vegetarians, and gluten-free diners, and considered every option carefully- so this title comes after serious consideration.

And it’s not difficult to see why Hoist House is a bottomless to be celebrated: the Wellington Place bar is one of the very few to offer unlimited food and drink, plus there’s fifteen different boozy and soft drink options to choose from.
