Slam Dunk Festival announces exciting 2024 line-up with You Me At Six, Asking Alexandria + 25 more

The UK’s biggest independent rock festival is back for another year.

Slam Dunk is set to return next summer, and the festival’s already giving us a sneak peek into what to expect from the line-up.

Just announced are You Me At Six, The All American Rejects and I Prevail at the top of the bill, plus a selection of pop-punk, emo, metal and alternative artists, spanning from The Wonder Years to La Dispute and everything in between.

Taking place once again across two sites: Leeds’ own Temple Newsam will host Slam Dunk North on Sunday 26 May 2024 whilst Hatfield Park will host Slam Dunk South for Saturday 25 May 2024.

Renowned as one of the biggest alternative festivals for finding new breakthrough artists and meeting likeminded rock, metal and pop-punk music fans alike, Slam Dunk has become internationally recognised to its commitment to music lovers.

Also on the bill, emo rock legends Funeral For A Friend, Brit metalcore Asking Alexandria, punk-rock legends We The Kings, and Houston’s finest pop-punk Waterparks, will all make an appearance.

Straight off the back of announcing their first album in over a decade, Boys Like Girls have also been announced on the first wave of the line-up, as well as Vegas alt-rock trio Palaye Royale.

You Me At Six’s Josh Franceschi said, “Looking forward to returning to Slam Dunk this year to headline the festival. Slam Dunk has given You Me At Six so much over our career & we’ve got a lot of special memories from performing there over the years. The line-up is stacked with great artists, so will be an elite one.”

Tickets go on sale Friday 27 October from 10am, and given 2023 was a sellout year, we’ll be setting alarms to make sure tickets are secured with plenty of time.
