If there’s one thing you desperately need after slumming it in a field all week, it’s a spa day.

Picture the scene…you’ve had your feet in wellies all week, you’ve only washed yourself with a couple of baby wipes and you’re feeling the post-festival blues coming over you stronger than ever.

What do you need? A spa day – and that’s exactly what SpaSeekers is offering festival-goers for absolutely nothing.

In the run up to the festival, those wishing to sit back and relax can register for a free spa day on Monday 25 August by submitting their email confirmation for their festival ticket purchase.

The recovering sessions will take place at the Spa Garden at Iveridge Hall and will include curated recovery hours offering 60 minutes of relaxation and rejuvenation.

The lucky winners will be able to indulge in hot and cold contrast therapy to soothe their aching limbs with the Himalayan salt sauna and ice barrel experience, while those looking for a different experience can soak in the thermal spa pool, snuggle up by the outdoor fire pit or kick back in the relaxation lounge and aromatherapy steam cabin.

Jason Goldberg, Director at SpaSeekers, comments: “After the fun and mayhem that comes with a festival weekend like Reading and Leeds, we know that many festival-goers require some serious rest and recovery before returning to the responsibilities and routines of everyday life. That’s why we’re pleased to launch these free festival recovery packages for those who’ve partied on the festival fields all weekend long.

“Whether it’s spending some time soaking in a hot tub, sweating out the overindulgence in a sauna, or simply enjoying some much-needed peace and quiet, we hope these sessions offer people a gentle return to reality on the way home from the festival.”

The closing date to apply is Friday 22 August, and you can find all the full details here.
