Just in time for the summer season, Trinity Kitchen has announced an exciting line-up of street food vendors for you to choose from.
There’s the return of some old school favourites as well as a brand new burger vendor which we absolutely can’t wait to sample.
The new arrivals will be available to try at Trinity Kitchen from Tuesday July 22 for the next nine weeks, so you’ve got plenty of time to decide on your favourites.
Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We are thrilled to introduce our new line-up of street food vendors, including some guest favourites returning alongside a new burger vendor as well as the permanent residency from ThatZiki. There’s something for all guests to enjoy at Trinity Kitchen this summer.”

The Pan-Asian fried goodness from Yoi Fried Chicken is absolutely worth taking a trip to Trinity Kitchen for. Taking over the black shipping container for the next nine weeks, expect everything from the classic fried chicken baos and burgers to creamy peanut satay and Katsu curry mayo.
From the masterminds behind the Cheesy Living Co. comes the Cheesy Chip Shop, which is serving exactly what it says on the tin…proper cheesy chips.
This fantastic invention was born last year and it took the city by storm, so we can assure you that there’ll be some pretty hefty queues for these carby, cheesy delights.
Expect mega cheese pulls, perfectly crisp yet fluffy chips and explosions of flavour from their exciting menu – guaranteed to cure any hangover in an instant.
Another vendor returning to the scene is Yard Dog who will be dishing out plenty of juicy hot dogs and lashings of creamy mac and cheese.
The new burger vendor entering Trinity Kitchen will be serving up mouth-watering smash burgers with stacked patties and loaded fries. You just can’t get any better then that can you really.
Hong Bao Asian Street Food is going to be your go-to option for all things tempura. Expect a range of dishes served up from the little van, including the likes of pork skewers, veggie tempura and a whole load of different curries.
