The Isle of Wight five-piece have announced their biggest headline shows to date.
Including a huge gig at Leeds’ Millennium Square next July.
And to make it even better, they’ll be joined by our very own English Teacher as support. How class is that?
Wet Leg comprises of lead singers Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, Ellis Durand (bass), Henry Holmes (drums), and Joshua Mobaraki (guitar).
They rose to fame back in 2022 with iconic tracks Chaise Longe and Wet Dream, packing out stages at Glastonbury just moments after releasing their debut album.
Scooping up the Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album, they’ve established themselves as one of the most exciting indie acts of the moment.
The band released their second consecutive #1 album earlier this year, moisturizer, that is equally as fun and fabulous as the first.
So we’re very excited indeed to catch them live as they announce their biggest headline shows to date.
On Thursday 9 July they’ll be performing at Millennium Square, and it’s the only Northern date they’re playing next summer.
On Wednesday 8 July they’ll be playing Manchester’s iconic Castlefield Bowl followed by London’s Alexandra Palace Park on Friday 10 July.
A very busy week for Wet Leg indeed, we hope they’ve got the honey and lemon tea on standby.
Tickets for Wet Leg at Millennium Square go on sale this Friday 31 October at 9:30am, and you can grab yours here.
We reckon this one will be a sell-out, so we wouldn’t mess about if you’re wanting to bag yourself a ticket.
