West Yorkshire foodies wanted for Channel 4 show My Kitchen Rules

Do you think you’ve got what it takes?

TV bosses are the hunt for West Yorkshire foodies who know their way around the kitchen for a new series of Channel 4’s My Kitchen Rules.

Hosted by two-time Michelin-starred chef Michael Caines and Prue Leith of Bake Off fame, the show pits chefs against each other as they launch their own mico-restaurants in a competition to scoop a £10,000 reward.

After Huddersfield cheesemaker Razan Alsous, from Linthwaite, wowed viewers when her halloumi business was featured in series 1, producers are keen to find more budding chefs to appear on the show.

Razan appeared alongside her brother Reda and impressed the judges with her business Yorkshire Dama Cheese – which takes the cheese of her native Syria and gives it thoroughly Yorkshire twist.

After appearing on the show, she also went on Saturday Kitchen.

Do you think you’ve got what it takes to bring home that £10,000 prize? Apply on the website and find out for yourself.
