Leeds vintage giant COW lands in London with huge new flagship store

First launched in Leeds in 2008, COW Is now expanding to London

Iconic Leeds brand COW vintage is about to land in London.

COW Vintage has announced it will be opening a new flagship store in the capital, in response to huge demand fromcustomers in the south.

The Yorkshire-based brand, founded in Leeds by Nigel Coughlan and Steve Adamson back in 2008, is currently the number one vintage retailer in the UK.

Cow already has a collection of stores in the midlands and northwest, as well trading online.

Now, the Leeds vintage giant has revealed is opening another store down south: launching at 13 Shorts Garden in Seven Dials, Covent Garden later this summer.

The retailer will be bringing its brilliant collection of handpicked and ethically-sourced vintage items to the new concept store at Seven Dials, charging the same affordable Leeds prices.

Fans of the vintage giants will be able to find all their favourites, from spliced and cropped sports wears to tropical shirts, floral ‘grandma’ dresses and more at the new store – as well as a host of vintage accessories, sourced from around the world.

“Opening in London has been a long-awaited step for Cow Vintage, and Seven Dials’ unique atmosphere and sense of community provides the perfect environment for our first presence in the capital,” said founder Nigel Coughlan in a release.

“Great effort has gone into the design and sustainable fit-out of this flagship to ensure it is a fun and experiential space to showcase our amazing one-off designs, retro finds, and repurposed fabrics and prints.”

“It is fantastic to be the home of the first COW store in London, which is already drawing so many visitors for its vibrant vintage offering,” said Samantha Bain-Mollison, retail director at Shaftesbury.
