If you needed any more excuses to get yourself a never-seen-before festive treat, this is it.
Little Bao Boys are really treating us to a three course Christmas dinner this year, but of course, it wouldn't be from the resident chefs if the entire menu wasn't based around their locally renowned bao bun.
On the menu, you’ll also find a savoury rendition of everyone’s favourite Christmas dinner dish: pigs in blankets.
The Pigs in Blanket Bao is a combination of your usual, fluffy bao bun encasing two pigs in blankets and topped with Sriracha sauce and tiny spring onion pieces.
If you have any more room for dessert, you can get a deep fried mince pie bao bun, potentially inspired by the company's recent collaborations with sweet-treat experts Doh'hut.
Their successful collaboration of selling a Miso Caramel Cheesecake with miso glaze with a sesame snap and Hoisin Pulled Pork Toastie with spring onion and mild cheddar on Doh’hut milk loaf with sesame and garlic butter crust, only finished recently and was replaced by the mince pie baos.
The bao bun is deep fried and tossed in sugar before the middle is crammed with mince pie filling to give it a crunchy, yet still chewy, texture.
Usually, Little Bao Boys specialise in savoury dishes, serving their bao buns in pairs and stuffed with the likes of slow cooked pulled pork shoulder in Chinese five spice and crispy deep fried tofu in togarashi mix: both irresistible combinations, but recently the eatery have been tempting diners with this new, diverse range of flavours and it appears nobody is complaining at the experiment.
To wash all your baos down, grab a glass of mulled cider or choose from the endless ales from the taps at either Little Bao Boy locations.
The Little Bao Boy Christmas menu is only available on weekends from Springwell but everyday whilst stock lasts at North Brew, so make sure that you find the time in advance to go down to either location before the festive period comes to a close.

Yorkshire-set Christmas film by Leeds director starring Richard E. Grant set to hit UK cinemas next month
Clementine Hall
A brand-new Christmas film is hitting cinemas nationwide next month - and it’s a proper Leeds success story.
Jack Spring directed his first feature film at just 19 years old and has spent the last decade carving out a career in independent film, as well as co-founding Leeds-based production company Shush Films.
His first movie, Destination: Dewsbury, was shot just down the road in - you guessed it - Dewsbury. And after moving to Leeds from Grimsby, Jack became determined to build his business from the city, putting down roots and growing his production company here.

Now, after years of working on independent projects, Jack has taken his biggest leap yet with a brand-new Christmas film, Merry Christmas Aubrey Flint.
Set in Yorkshire, Merry Christmas Aubrey Flint follows Aubrey Flint, a reclusive model soldier painter with a lifelong hatred of Christmas, who is sentenced to community service at Willow Lodge - a retirement home on the brink of closure.
Roped into helping with a chaotic production of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, Aubrey clashes with its interesting set of residents...
And the cast is about as star-studded as it gets, featuring Richard E. Grant, John Bradley, Celia Imrie, Adjoa Andoh, Sophia Di Martino, Adrian Rawlins and Kiell Smith-Bynoe.

The heartwarming festive comedy will hit cinemas nationwide on Friday 6 November - a huge milestone for a Leeds-based director and production company, taking a homegrown Yorkshire story to audiences across the country.
You just can't beat a proper wholesome British Christmas film, so you can best believe we'll be watching in the cinema, popcorn in hand.
