A new game-changing rental neighbourhood, with dog walking services and two rooftop BBQ terraces is opening in the heart of Leeds’ cultural quarter, just off Playhouse Square.
Moda, New York Square, set within SOYO, will welcome its first residents this May to the heart of Leeds’ cultural quarter.
With no deposits, free 250mbps WiFi, 24-hour concierge, onsite maintenance and a 24/7 gym, it is set to seriously change the city’s rental game.
Pets are welcome and there are a wealth of state-of-the-art-amenities - including a private dining room, sky lounge, cinema room, games room, co-working spaces and not one but two rooftop terraces.

As if that wasn’t enough to tempt, Moda is securing exclusive discounts and offers on residents’ favourite local brands, as well as offering cleaning and personal shopping services.

Acting as a one-stop shop, the MyModa app will also enable residents to pay rent, book events and instant message the 24hour concierge, as well as delivering those all-important inner city discounts. It’s even the key to their door!
