Popular New York-style pop-up pizza business to open first takeaway in Leeds
This is so exciting.
New York-style pizza pop-up, Edges Pizza, is set to open in Leeds.
Last summer you may have had the privilege to enjoy a slice of Edges Pizza at one of their many pop-up residences across the city.
Their longest stint was at the sun-drenched roof terrace of Green Room, and it's safe to say their pizza went down an absolute treat.
Since then they've been a little quiet, but all for good reason it seems.

Edges Pizza has submitted a planning permission to open in a vacant railway arch at Fourth Court on Bridge Road in Leeds' Holbeck area.
Customers would pre-order the pizzas online before being collected at the new spot, if the plans are approved by Leeds City Council.
The planning application said: “The proposal would enable the applicant to establish a permanent premises for an existing small business currently operating through temporary residency and pop-up venues within Leeds.
“The proposal offers investment into the immediate area that sits adjacent to the South Bank regeneration area.”

This would be great news for Leeds, as their pizza is something unlike anything we have in the city at the moment.
Forget the floppy, Neapolitan-slices that you fold before shoving in your gob. These slices are satisfyingly thin, perfectly crispy and just downright delicious.
We would love to welcome Edges Pizza to the city and we'll keep you updated with the progress. You can bet we'll be the first to order.
