Completing the ‘All Things Dough’ trilogy, BAKE is a nostalgic British bakery concept serving all the classics with precision and flare.
Announcing the news to Instagram, Tom Stafford the absolute legend behind Things In Bread and Doh’hut, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the third and final culinary venture to complete the ‘All Things Dough’ trio. First up, we brought you doh’hut, dishing out mind-blowing, award-winning donuts that send your tastebuds into a frenzy.
“Then came Things In Bread, quickly becoming your go-to spot for the tastiest sandwiches in town. But hang tight, because now we’re introducing BAKE…a classic British bakery serving up hearty and nostalgic treats, every item is carefully finished with a touch of Parisian finesse.”
Now that sounds a bit fantastic doesn’t it?
We don’t have much information yet, but what we do know is that it will be in Leeds city centre and it’s going to be your new one-stop-shop for everything flakey, buttery and delicious.
“Swing by in the morning for fresh pastries, a variety of bread baked on-site, and speciality coffee to go. For those with time to spare, we encourage guests to hang around, savour every bite (or sip), and enjoy the environment that we’ve created. ”
Finally, a more recent post from Tom himself said: “Think Buff Vanilla Slices, Levelled Up Cheese twists straight from the oven. Il keep the rest a secret for now.”
Tom, you had us at the words “levelled up cheese twists”.
Expected to open in 2025, we’ll keep you up to date with everything BAKE and you can follow their Instagram page to keep an eye on any updates.
