Completing the 'All Things Dough' trilogy, BAKE is a nostalgic British bakery concept serving all the classics with precision and flare.
Announcing the news to Instagram, Tom Stafford the absolute legend behind Things In Bread and Doh'hut, said: "We're thrilled to announce the third and final culinary venture to complete the 'All Things Dough' trio. First up, we brought you doh'hut, dishing out mind-blowing, award-winning donuts that send your tastebuds into a frenzy.
"Then came Things In Bread, quickly becoming your go-to spot for the tastiest sandwiches in town. But hang tight, because now we're introducing BAKE...a classic British bakery serving up hearty and nostalgic treats, every item is carefully finished with a touch of Parisian finesse."
We don't have much information yet, but what we do know is that it will be in Leeds city centre and it's going to be your new one-stop-shop for everything flakey, buttery and delicious.
"Swing by in the morning for fresh pastries, a variety of bread baked on-site, and speciality coffee to go. For those with time to spare, we encourage guests to hang around, savour every bite (or sip), and enjoy the environment that we've created. "

A Caribbean street food restaurant famed for its jerk chicken is opening in Leeds this week

Get ready to enjoy a taste of the Caribbean as Jerk Junction is coming to Leeds.
The street food favourite has made waves in the foodie scene over in Manchester and Liverpool, so it's only right that its making its way into Trinity Kitchen.
Jerk Junction specialises in authentic Caribbean flavours, from dumplings and jerk chicken to curried goat and rice and peas, it's all flame-grilled and packed with island spices.
Gosh, we're suddenly feeling very hungry.

Jerk Junction will officially be opening to the public from 12pm on Tuesday 12 May 2026, and you can bet we'll be first in line to get our hands on a big tray of jerk chicken and rice.
Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “There’s been a lot of interest in the upcoming arrival of Jerk Junction since it was announced. Bringing a taste of the Caribbean to Trinity Kitchen, it’ll be the place to be when it opens its doors next week.”
