Immersive entertainment specialist, The Escapologist, has opened a brand-new escape room at White Rose Shopping Centre just in time for Halloween.
If an escape room wasn’t scary enough, then get a load of this.
The evil geniuses at The Escapologist inside the White Rose Shopping Centre have just opened a new room just in time for Halloween.
The name of the room: The Butchering. *shivers go down spine*
The Butchering sees visitors trapped in a very strange place, unimagined in even the worst nightmares, where things become very gory, very quickly.
The room has an age rating of 15+, and is only suitable for those with a strong stomach, and visitors of a sensitive disposition are advised to visit another of The Escapologist’s rooms.
The escape room is suitable for two to five players and takes around one hour to complete, if you’re brave enough to do it that is.
Steven Foster, Centre Director at White Rose, said: “The Escapologist offers a fun and immersive day activity for lovers of mystery and puzzles, and its new room is ideal for those that enjoy a fright. It’s the perfect addition to the centre in the run up to Halloween – best enjoyed before or after a spooky film at Cineworld, or a pumpkin-themed dish at one of our restaurants, such as Friday’s or Prezzo.”
Ellie McClaren, Co-Founder and CEO at The Escapologist, added: “In a world of uncertainty and often dismal outlook, The Escapologist provides an escape from the every day to the extraordinary.”
After experiencing the fright of your life you’ll most likely need a stern drink, and luckily The Escapologist has an on-site bar serving a range of expertly-crafted cocktails for you to drink to settle your nerves.
