From fairytale-esque ivy covered buildings to rolling green quads, we’re very lucky to have an abundance of picturesque universities over here in UK.
And whilst you shouldn’t choose your university based on its aesthetic appeal, it can certainly play into your decision.
But which are the most picture-perfect universities you may ask?
To find out, Immerse Education delved into the data and discovered which universities are currently generating the most buzz on social media.
By using a seedlist of top universities in the UK, they analysed the number of Instagram and TikTok posts for each to determine which have captured the hearts (and cameras) of students the most.
Taking the top spot was unsurprisingly the University of Oxford, followed closely by the University of Cambridge.
Both steeped in history and boasting incredible historic architecture, we’ll let them have this one.
But coming in at a very respectable number seven is our very own University of Leeds, with 134,663 Instagram and 2,623 TikTok posts tagging #LeedsUniversity.
From the Parkinson Building to the sprawling greens, we can’t help but snap a few pics when wondering through the campus ourselves.
