Famous for it’s electric atmosphere and guaranteed mayhem, expect steins of beer bigger than your head, traditional German eats and plenty of dancing to brilliant Bavarian music.
Originating from Munich all the way back in 1811, Oktoberfest has become synonymous with traditional German party culture across the globe.
The event is now a staple of West Yorkshire’s entertainment calendar and grows in popularity each and every year.
This year, the 7th edition of Leeds’ Oktoberfest weekend will be taking place at Chow Down, Temple Arches. An outdoor venue which know how to host a good party and is now a favourite amongst Leeds locals.
What better way to celebrate the end of the summer than with the world’s biggest beer celebration in Leeds’ biggest beer garden? It seems like a no brainer to us.
On 23 and 24th September 2022, those heading down can expect an extensive range of German beers, delicious bratwurst and rousing, foot-stomping entertainment from the house brass band.
