One of music’s hottest names has been added to the bill of summer gigs at The Piece Hall in Halifax next year.

International star CMAT will be bringing her sharp humour, powerhouse vocals and genre-blending anthems to the magnificent Grade I-listed building in 2026.

She’s the latest artist to be added to the already-stacked TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall 2026, which also includes Madness, The Kooks, Paul Weller, and loads more.

The chart-topping CMAT will be performing hits from her Mercury Prize-nominated back catalogue, including this summer’s smash-hit single Take a Sexy Picture of Me.

She’s become one of the world’s most exciting live audiences, cemented this year with her blistering live set at Glastonbury.

CMAT will headline The Piece Hall in July as part of her UK tour, and marks a triumphant return to the venue.

Last time she played here it was in support of Swedish alt-folk duo First Aid Kit.
