A deep-fried lasagna van has opened in Trinity Kitchen

From Merrion Street’s own Stuzzi.

If you’ve ever been to a Stuzzi pop-up across the city, you’ll most certainly have tried the speciality deep fried lasagna.

Now for those that can’t wait until the next big event to get their hands on another one of these comfort dishes, Trinity Kitchen is hosting Stuzzi every single day of the week from today Monday (18 March).

There’s going to be four different types of deep-fried lasagna to choose from, including options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians.

There’s of course a classic beef lasagna on the menu, plus options like tomato mozzarella and basil; sausage and pea; four cheese to keep you full through to summertime.

But if that’s not enough, there’s also a host of Stuzzi pop-up favourites to choose from like deep-fried olives, deep-fried mozzarella, and loaded fries options like the Napoli fries and cheesy truffle fries and a ragu option that really transports you to a cosy Italian kitchen.

Stuzzi makes up one of the five pop-ups that have opened inside Trinity Kitchen inside the old campervans.
