Bar Delta has been operating in Leeds since November 2022 – but the owner is now looking for someone to take over the business.
The Business Transfer Agents Alan J Picken has said that “Since acquiring the business, via this agency, our clients have sparred neither time nor expense transforming the premises into a truly eye-catching unit, which has been fitted with modern and valuable fixtures, fittings and equipment.”
The bar has been put on the market due to ‘ill health in the family’ and the owners intend to sell quickly.
The bar only opened as Bar Delta in November 2022, and was previously known as Better Days, Leeds’ first mental health and wellbeing bar.
Bar Delta currently hosts music nights, bottomless brunch, cocktail masterclasses and live DJs, as well as offering private hire to parties and events, the latter of which is noted in the listing as ‘most successful.’
Located inside the Grand Arcade, it’s thought to be popular for those wanting easy access to cultural hotspots like the Grand Theatre and bustling nightlife over on Merrion Street alike.

Bar Delta can be acquired through Business Transfer Agents Alan J Picken for a price of £49,500 (+ SAV).
