The hottest homes from £65,000 to £2,250,000.

There’s plenty of hot properties waiting to be snapped up this month.

Inflation may have just hit another 40-year-high but the housing market is still having a boom of its own.

According to Rightmove, house prices are still climbing hitting a sixth record high in this year. Whilst this pace is expected to calm as we head into the second half of 2022, this doesn’t appear to have an impact on the asking prices right now.

According to Home Building, the new house price index shows that the average asking price is about to hit a figure just shy of £370,000- up 9.3% on last year.

With this in mind, we’ve scoured the internet and local estate agents to bring you a range of hot properties for all budgets.

We’re talking everything from eight bedroom mansions with swimming pools and acres of land to first-time buyer homes and everything in between.
