Inflation just rose above 10%, the cost of living is rising left, right and there’s a whole lot of uncertainty surrounding the property market this month- but that doesn’t mean it’s not a great time to buy.

According to The Independent, house prices have dropped by 1.3% over the last month, equating to a total of £4,795. The data collected from the Rightmove House Price Index now shows a average price of property coming to the market is £365,173- and so if you’re buying, there’s a good chance you’ll be able to see this trend continue and get more for your money after a year of ever-rising prices.

With this in mind, we’ve chosen some stellar options for you on the Leeds housing market. From nine bed mansions and gorgeous homes with outdoor swimming pools (even if you don’t want to buy this, it’s a lot of fun to browse through) to first time owner flats with excellent views of the city skyline.
