Clothing retailer Zara is to open a new flagship store in the former Topshop space inside the Trinity Leeds shopping centre.
Popular retailer Zara will be relocating from it's current location on Briggate to a much larger site in Trinity Shopping Centre.
The new 46,000 sq ft space is spread across three floors and was previously home to Topshop until 2021.
The new store will feature Zara’s woman, man, and kids collections and will also showcase the latest technological innovations from Zara's integrated online and physical store platform.

Nik Porter, head of brand account management at retail landlord Landsec, said: "As guests demand more from their shopping experience, brands are prioritising prime locations that drive footfall, enable customer service and have an ability to integrate in-store and online shopping experiences.
"Our retail strategy allows us to work in partnership with brands holistically to find them the best locations and ensure that their physical presence adds value to their wider multichannel offer."
Zara follows behind a number of big brands relocating to Trinity shopping centre, including Space NK, Levis and Nespresso.

Steven Foster, centre director at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’ve been working hard on securing a top retailer for the impressive unit that Topshop previously occupied, and we’re so pleased that Zara has seized the opportunity to create an exciting new shopping experience for guests within this incredible space at Trinity Leeds.
“This big signing is proof that prime retail locations like Trinity Leeds, which sits in the heart of the city centre, continue to be in demand, and we can’t wait for people to see what Zara has planned.”
Although no official date has been announced, it is said that the new Zara shop will open at some point next year.
Silver's Deli is opening up a sister shop, and this time it's about everything baked.
We all know and love Silver's Deli for their stacked subs and breakfast sandwiches that could cure any hangover no matter how severe.
They're so good, that they even bagged the coveted Uber Eats Restaurant of the Year Award last year.
And rightly so, because Silver's is absolutely class.
And it seems there's just no stopping Silver's, as they've just announced that they'll be opening a sister shop named Silver's Bakehouse serving up everything, yep you guessed it, baked.
It'll also be in Farsley where the original Silver's is, and they're labelling the new venture as 'your neighbourhood bake shop'.
Announcing the very exciting news to Instagram, Silver's Deli said: "Well it’s happening. I said no more shops, but it’s kinda necessary, and I just love all things baked.
"There’s waaaaaaaaay too many details to share on this right now, but go give our sister shop @silvers_bakehouse a new follow and hold on tight. This is gonna be fun as fuck."

Customers can expect a wider range of Silver's goodies that they're unable to whip up in the current space. From soft amaretti biscuits and their famous cookies to sausage rolls and brownies that the team have been working on for 12 months.
We're in no doubt that this venture is going to be absolutely brilliant, and you best believe we'll be first in line to try one of those brownies.
Silver's Bakehouse will be located on Town Street in Farsley and is expected to open this May.
