Convert your garden into your own personal boozer with one of these pop-up pubs

Play pub landlord in your back garden with one of these inflatable pubs

Oh, the pub. It’s a key piece of our cultural identity here in Britain. We’ve always loved going down the local for a few. And for the past year, we’ve been utterly deprived.

As a result, I think it’s safe to say that as a country we’ve never had more appreciation for the pub than we do right now.

Of course, things are slowly opening back up now. For the first time in months, we can actually go sit in a beer garden to enjoy a pint pulled by someone else. And it’s glorious.

Still, sometimes it’s proving hard to get a seat. Or maybe you’ve been shielding and just don’t feel ready to go back out yet.

Either way, If you fancy playing at pub landlord for the day, there’s a pop-up pub company that helps you convert your garden into your very own personal boozer.

Delivering all across West Yorkshire with set-up included, they’ve got pubs for every taste – from classic working men’s boozers to a Polynesian tiki bar. You can even add on your own beer pumps and kegs if you really want to commit.

There are four inflatable pubs to choose from: ‘the Tudor’, a large black and white traditional country pub, ‘the Swan’ and ‘the Duck, both brick-style town pubs, and ‘the Red Lion’.

The company also hire fun inflatable furniture, including blow-up Chesterfield sofas – an integral part of the pub experience if you ask us.

And you even get your own chalkboard A-board so you can call your pub what you want for the weekend.

The pubs were featured on Loose Women last year after Coleen Nolan put one in her house during lockdown – filling it with five Chesterfields, a pool table, a wooden bar, stools, flat screen TV and even a game of Jenga.

Available for hire for as little as £250 throughout the week, find more information on Cheshire Inflatables website.
