An all-new food festival is making its way to Temple Newsam this weekend and here’s everything you should know before you go.
Brand new for this year, The Temple Newsam Food Festival is happening this weekend and there’s plenty of activities and proper good grub for you to try out.
The festival offers you the chance to treat your tastebuds to some tantalising flavours while blessing your earbuds with a live performance or two at Temple Newsam, situated just on the outskirts of Leeds.
There will be complimentary festival programmes handed out as you enter the food festival which will keep you up to date with all the times for select activities.

A themed trail will be running on the day titled the ‘Foodie Clue Quest Scavenger Hunt’ which takes you to each of the event’s main attractions.
You’ll also find stilt-walkers and roaming comedy making their way throughout the grounds on the day and you can also learn a new skill or two with axe throwing, circus workshops and more.

In terms of that all-important food, there’s going to be over 28 different independent food vendors on hand to present your tastebuds with their flavours from all around the world.
Expect everything from carby goodness and street food servings to the ultimate rich and dreamy desserts, this food festival is one you won’t want to miss out on.
This foodie gathering aims to surpass the £151,000 landmark collectively raised for Mind charities across the north so far.

If you’re able to, the festival is encouraging you to donate via an additional monetary contribution on top of your ticket sale or on-site during the event.
The Temple Newsam Food Festival is taking place across Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 August with remaining tickets and more information available HERE.
