Leeds contestants wanted for new BBC show The Tournament

The new BBC show comes from the creators of smash hit QI

If you think you’re a master of strategy, general knowledge and strong nerves, new quiz show The Tournament could be the perfect competition for you.

It comes from the producers of BBC1 hit quiz QI, which has been one of the most highly rated shows in BBC4 for years, and is due to hit our screens in the autumn.

With filming due to start next month, BBC producers are currently on the hunt for West Yorkshire contestants to take part and be in with the chance of winning a huge cash prize.

Whilst QI has a jovial, comedic element to its quiz, this new show The Tournament is taking things in a slightly different direction and applying some pressure on its contestants’ nerves.
