Fourth Floor Brasserie inside long-standing luxury department store Harvey Nichols is serving up one of the most beautifully-presented menus in the city this Christmas, and there’s plenty of festive classics on the menu.
The Christmas set menu comes with three options for three courses, and each dish is just as good as it looks. Choose from the likes of chicken and herb terrine with chicken liver partfait, butternut squash velouté or beetroot cured salmon for starters before continuing to taste test the main courses.
There’s a roasted turkey breast with dauphinoise potato, brussel sprouts, on a bed of chestnut and confit turkey leg ragout with a cranberry and orange gel and red wine jus that brings the best of the festive flavours into a seriously delicious dish, whilst the leek and goats cheese tart with roasted cauliflower, charred spring onions and herb emulsion captures the seasons in with light and creamy vegetarian option.
For dessert, Christmas pudding has been reinvented into two crispy rolls, served with apple compote and vanilla anglaise, it’s the perfect sweet treat to finish off the three course menu.
Alternatively, there’s also whipped chocolate ganache with cranberry, orange and amaretti crumb, gingerbread panacotta or a selection of cheese, chutneys and crackers to tuck into- just like you would on Christmas day.
Grab yourself a glass of Prosecco and make the most of the Christmas Prix Fixe for £35 or upgrade to a bottomless option for £60 during the holiday season. There’s also a Champagne version priced at £45 and £95 respectively.
