This pub in Leeds is serving loaded fries Yorkshire puddings

Loaded fries Yorkshire puddings are now a thing, thanks to chef Matt Healy

There’s a pub in West Yorkshire selling loaded fries Yorkshire puddings for the Euros and we are obsessed.

In honour of the huge football competition, the ever-popular Yorkshire pudding has been given an upgrade at a pub in Farsley, Leeds.

The Three Lions’ Euros special at The Fleece comes in a giant yorkshire pudding, that’s then filled with fries and topped with a generous portion of cheese, gravy and onion rings. Phwoar.

The Fleece team has collaborated with local Masterchef star Matt Healy to create the dish, which iss part of a bespoke ‘Euros’ menu that’s on offer throughout the duration of the tournament.

Priced at one for £6 or two for £10, these naughty loaded Yorkies are the ultimate mid-match treat.

But there’s also other European-inspired fries dishes on offer if you’re feeling a bit continental, like ‘Italiano’ crispy fries topped with spicy tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni, and a German-inspired sausage, ketchup and mustard-topped dish.

Elsewhere, the ‘Espanyol’ fries come loaded with crispy chorizo, garlic mayo and Spanish cheese, whilst the ‘Swiss’ fries are topped with Swiss cheese, sour kraut, gherkins and crispy onions.

Suffice to say, if you like loaded fries (and who doesn’t) this is the spot to be getting them in Leeds right now.

The Euros menu served from 12pm to 8pm at The Fleece every day.
