Looking for Mother’s Day inspiration? Then look no further.

Because two Leeds city centre restaurants have been included in OpenTable’s top 100 brunches and Sunday lunches in the UK list.

The 2024 list comes from online research as 1.2 million diner reviews were ranked as well as other key metrics.

The two Leeds restaurants included are The Cut & Craft and The Ivy.

Both located in the iconic Victoria Quarter, OpenTable has revealed the list hoping it might provide inspiration looking for those to enjoy a meal out on Mother’s Day this weekend.

“Last year, over half of Brits (55%) made their reservations at least six days before Mother’s Day so book your reservation by March 4,” said Robin Chiang, SVP of Growth at OpenTable. “Discover the perfect place to take mum on OpenTable’s Top 100 Brunches and Sunday Lunches list.”

The Cut & Craft, which is relatively new to Leeds, opened in 2022 and has made a name for itself for its opulent decor and steak offering.

Their roast in particular has got the people of Leeds talking, opt for the sirloin of beef with all the trimmings or the show stopping Sunday Sharing Roast which features beef, a half roasted chicken and crispy pork belly. Because one meat just isn’t enough.

The Ivy have their own special Mother’s Day menu where you can tuck into two courses for £27.50 or three courses for £32.50.

Choose from the likes of truffle arancini and salt and pepper squid to start, followed by chicken Milanese and sirloin steak for main.
