Award-winning Yorkshire craft brewery SALT is opening a Craft & Cocktails bar in Leeds city centre today.
The Best Independent Craft Brewery title-holder is turning the old Craft Asylum #2 venue on East Parade into a beer and cocktail taproom.
SALT Craft & Cocktails will have eight different cocktails on tap including Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, Strawberry & Rhubarb Cosmo, Pear & White Tea Fizz, and Aperol Spritz.
The bar is also launching with a special cocktail offer of 2 for £10 all day, every day.
SALT’s renowned keg beers will also be available, including favourites like Jute, Huckaback and Ikat as well as a range of Ossett Brewery cask classics and the new Yøn Helles Lager.
The interior is decked out with a “living wall” of plants and greenery, with bi-fold windows opening out onto a brand-new outdoor seating area.
Local DJs will play at SALT Craft & Cocktails every Friday and Saturday from 6pm, easing everyone into the weekend.
The bar will also stock a variety of flavoured artisan gins, wines and spirits.
Jamie Lawson, Co-Owner of Ossett Brewery & SALT Beer Factory says: “I am excited to see SALT exploring new ground with our line-up of cocktails on tap alongside our SALT beer range, introducing something new to the Leeds drinking scene.”
