Yorkshire punters strip off in pub for cheeky nude ‘Calendar boys’ shoot

These Yorkshire lads are laying it all bare in the name of charity

Locals and staff at a pub in Yorkshire have come together to create a cheeky nude calendar, stripping off for a photoshoot at the bar to raise funds for charity.

Customers and staff at the Doncaster Brewery and tap have let it all hang out in the hopes of raising some much-needed cash for cancer support charity Firefly.

Taking a note out of the Calendar Girls’ book, participants stripped off for a tasteful photoshoot in the Young Street bar – posing using props and other well-placed items to conceal any ‘rude’ bits from the cameras’ eye.

A first glimpse of the calendar has been released online – and it looks absolutely brilliant to us.

Staff and punters at the Doncaster taproom and bar are hoping that their cheeky ‘Calendar Boys’ stunt will pull in some decent funds for Firefly, which does some incredibly important work in the community with young people struggling with cancer.

Priced at £12 each, proceeds from each sale of the 2022 calendar will go towards helping Firefly continue to help those most in need.

First founded in 2006, the charity has been going strong for 11 years now – helping young men and women in need and working to overcome the stigma and embarrassment that is often attached to their diagnoses.

Founded by Daisy Dunn after she experienced cancer firsthand herself, the charity is now run by her fiancee Chewy Bacchus and close family friend Paul Taylor after Daisy’s passing in 2014.

One of Firefly’s’ key aims is to give the young people they work with the confidence to communicate more effectively with their friends and family in the instance they experience cancer themselves.
