The independent, eco-conscious award-winning tea company will open its doors in the Victoria Quarter this Friday 25 August.
Bird & Blend Tea Co. was set up and run by Krisi and Mike who met at university, both with a passion for tea they started off packing it in their bedrooms and attending local markets.
Fast forward to now and Bird & Blend are now opening their 16th retail store right here in Leeds.
It truly will be a tea-lover’s paradise, with a range of over 100 blends on offer as well as special seasonal teas and matcha.
This is not just your average tea store, you won’t find your bog standard pure blends such as green or chamomile tea.
The mixologists at Bird and Blend Tea Co. mix exciting ingredients including herbs, flowers, fruits, caramel and chocolate to give you a tea drinking experience like no other.
From Chocolate Digestives Tea to a Strawberry Lemonade Fruity Infusion, you’ll definitely want to pop the kettle on for this one.
There’s even a Rhubarb and Custard tea as well as a Bonfire Toffee tea, you name it and the Bird and Blend Tea Co. most probably have it.
With a focus on sustainability, every part of the tea brewing journey is designed to minimise the impact on our planet. The blends are hand-crafted in small batches and lovingly packaged by hand in their warehouse on the south coast.
The first 50 customers to visit the new store on Friday will receive a free tote bag and a selection of teas to sample.
