Mad Frans on Wellington Place host a brilliant bottomless brunch with sharing plates of loaded fries, burgers and cocktails.

Mad Frans on Wellington Place is a lovely little cocktail bar and restaurant serving up innovative drinks and delicious food.
They focus on environmentally friendly dining, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local Yorkshire producers.
They’re famous for their fantastic Sunday roast however their Mad Frans Saturday Bottomless Brunch is not one to be missed.
Taking place every Saturday from 12 – 6:30pm, guests can pick a dish from their extensive menu to enjoy alongside 90 minutes of bottomless drinks.
So let’s break down the menu because it’s a biggun. First up is the Mad Fries, a glorious array of seasoned shoestring fries loaded generously with delicious toppings. The Mad Mac features beef burger, burger sauce, pickles and crispy onions whereas the Chicken Tikka has tikka marinated chicken breast, mint yoghurt and mango chutney.
For the vegetarians out there you can get the homemade Onion Bhaji topped fries with mint yoghurt. What’s better is that all of these come in a serving for one or in a sharing portion, so you can mix and match amongst friends if you can’t bear to choose just one delectable flavour.
Next up are the burgers, all served in a soft brioche bap with baby gem lettuce, fries and an accompanying dip. The classic beef burger is made with Yorkshire reared beef and can be topped with bacon and cheese if your heart desires.
There’s also an Asian style pulled pork, a dirty chilli cheese and a buttermilk fried chicken burger on the menu, all can be ‘made mad’ by adding an extra patty for just £3 more.
You’ve also got your classic dishes such as Fish and Chips and Yorkshire Sirloin Steak with fries on the menu, so if you’ve got a picky group of mates who can never decide on one cuisine then this is the place for you.
Drinks wise there are two packages to choose from, for £29.95 per person you can enjoy unlimited beer, Aperol Spritz, prosecco, house wine and soft drinks plus a dish of your choice. Or for £34.95 per person you can upgrade to unlimited cocktails and spirits with mixers, including the Tall Pornstar, Raspberry Collins and Mexican Mule.
