Focusing on promoting better physical and mental health with the use of practices such as yoga, meditation and massage therapy, Iveridge Club Director Richard Hill, wanted to bring a new facility to after witnessing clients struggling with uncertainty, stress and anxiety.
“I was speaking to a lot of our gym members who all seemed to be struggling with the same thing, increased stress and feeling as though they were struggling to juggle everything in their lives.”
“I knew that we could help these people learn how to truly unwind and teach them how to maintain a strong, positive mindset. So I set out to create a beautiful and tranquil space for them to, not only relax in, but to visit to learn how to slow down and prioritise mental wellbeing in their day to day life.
"We wish to see our guests continue to feel the benefits of our spa day experience, long after they leave our facility.”
Every experience starts with a mindful yoga session designed for all abilities and breaths per minute are measured before and after to show guests the calming effects that the practice can have.
Setting you up for a morning or evening of treatments and leisurely unwinding by the outdoor pool or fire pit, groups then can move into the relaxation are in private cabins, where they're given a personal therapist for the entire experience.
Due to open on Friday 9 September 2022, there's a range of day and twilight experience packages offered at select times over Wednesday - Saturday each week.
