Personal training gym Absolute Body Solutions have announced the opening of a new location in Leeds, becoming their fourth location in the North of England.
Absolute Body Solutions are a North-West gym brand focused on offering premium personal training facilities and helping individuals reach their health and fitness goals.
Renowned for its incredible six-week transformation programme, ABS Leeds will be based in the city centre on the prime location of East Parade.
The 1800 sq ft unit is currently undertaking a complete renovation as it prepares to be one of the city’s major fitness hotspots.
The fitness brand operate three other successful locations across the North-West, including two in Liverpool and one in central Manchester and are renowned for their high-quality, appointment-only personal training sessions.
Since their inception back in 2012, the brand has become known for their impressive results of its six-week body transformation programme.
The new ABS gym will offer a range of transformation options, as well as bespoke nutrition and exercise plans tailored to each new client. The gym is set to open in January 2023, just in time for those making New Year fitness resolutions.
