Bottle Chop 2.0 is coming to the city centre, and we couldn’t be more excited.
The pastel pink wine bar over in Far Headingley is undoubtedly one of our favourite places to drink, nibble and natter in all of Leeds.
So when we found out at the end of last year that they were opening up a second wine bar in the city centre, you can only imagine the utter elation that came from our office.
The brand-new site is called Rinse, and it’ll be bringing natural wine, beers and all things deli to Call Lane – get in.
And now, we’ve got an opening date.
Next Friday on 2 May, Rinse will be welcoming punters to their new space and we already know it’s going to go down an absolute storm.
If Bottle Chop is anything to go by, expect natural wines by the glass that change regularly, walls lined with bottles to pick of the shelf and take home with you as well as irresistible deli bits that go hand in hand with your chosen tipple.
Not only that, you’ll be able to indulge in delicious charcuterie boards and sandwiches made by their wonderful chefs and they’ll be great coffee available if you don’t fancy a wine. Or at least, not one yet.
But the best part about Bottle Chop which we’re sure will carry over to Rinse is their incredible team. Owners Gemma and Ellis have created such a warming, friendly atmosphere that’ll have you going back time and time again.
So let’s raise a glass to Rinse next Friday and welcome them to the neighbourhood.
