The Hundreds’ Northern Superchargers will be visiting Trinity Kitchen- with giveaways and prizes

The popular cricket team played at Headingley Stadium over the weekend.

Meet, greet and eat with the cricketers from The Northern Superchargers today at Trinity Kitchen and you could be in with the chance of winning some serious prizes too.

Teaming up with Rola Wala, one of Trinity Kitchen’s favourite food spot, the team will be visiting on Tuesday 16 August 2022 from 2.30pm – 4.30pm to celebrate the special Supercharger Butter Chicken dish on the menu.

The new special addition to the menu is packed with flavour and all for under 500 calories. Described as the perfect dish for the whole family, the Supercharger Butter Chicken is a “light and creamy dish is free from butter, ghee and heavy oils for a delicious recipe with none of the fat”.

The Supercharger special has been available since the beginning of August, but this will be a rare chance to grab a bite with the Supercharger’s themselves in addition to taste testing the street food menu.

There is also said to be giveaways and prizes during the two hour meet and greet.

The Northern Superchargers have been visiting Leeds as part of a set match against London Spirit at the weekend.

 The men’s team lost by 7 wickets in a 143/5 v 147/3 defeat whilst the Northern Superchargers Women won by five runs in a 127/4 v 122/7 victory match at Headingley Stadium.

This isn’t the first time that Rola Wala has been visited by celebrities though.

Known as one of the staple foodies at Trinity, Rola Wala specialise in fresh and healthy Indian-inspired meals.

Open since 2014, the restaurant has gained fans like pop star Rita Ora and BBC chef, Rachel Khoo over the years- and now the eatery are giving you the chance to have a celebrity-status when dining in Trinity Kitchen.

And if you need any more reason to visit, the food here is the perfect lunchtime pit stop. Think naan bread rolls packed with chicken tikka, sweet potato saag, meatball rogan josh or even paneer with cookies, Kombucha and poppadum aplenty- and mostly all under 500 calories too.
