Located one hour from Leeds over the Pennines in Manchester, you'll soon find one of the best things to do in the entire world.
The only problem is, you can't visit it just yet...
But once the building work is finished and this place opens to the public in June, it'll be well worth a day trip.
Time Out has pulled together a list of 'the 23 best things to do in the world in 2023', which includes everything from soaking in hot springs in Iceland to walking with bears in Canada, reports The Manc.
And as Manchester attraction has been named as one of the best things to do in the world in 2023 - despite the fact that it hasn't actually opened yet.
And our neighbouring city - naturally - has got a good look-in too.
Manchester's shiny new Factory International is ninth on the list, even though it won't actually open until June.
Time Out said that the 'new blockbuster art venue' is helping the city to remain as one of the world's best places to visit.
Last year, Lonely Planet said that Manchester was a 'must-visit global destination', the only place in the UK to make the list.
And now with Time Out's vote of confidence too, we're officially making a name as a global city.
Time Out said: "Manchester is making a storm right now, with the UK city being crowned one of the world’s very best places to visit by Lonely Planet in 2022.
"It’s not showing any signs of slowing down this year, with the long-awaiting opening of Factory International, a £186 million arts venue which will be the new, permanent home of the biennial Manchester International Festival.
"The 2023 festival (June 29-July 16) will be filled with all sorts of big shows and experiences to get stuck into – including the largest-ever immersive Yayoi Kusama exhibition and a stage adaptation of The Matrix directed by Danny Boyle."

The £186m new cultural space Factory International is already taking shape in the city, a looming grey structure that will be home to a massive programme of arts and culture.
The acclaimed Danny Boyle will direct the venue’s opening production, a performance inspired by The Matrix films.
5000 tickets for Free Your Mind, which will be presented across the flexible spaces in the building, will be sold for £10 or less, to give everyone in the community a chance to experience the huge site.
Factory International is set to open its doors in June 2023, programmed and operated by the team behind Manchester International Festival.
The enormous 13,350 sq metre space inside utilises supersized moveable walls, which can reconfigure the space for different performances.
Its artistic programming has already begun too, in the form of its first installation First Breath, which has been lighting up the skies with something that locals say looks like an 'alien invasion'. You can read all about that here.

Gorgeous Yorkshire Dales hotel unveils new suites near famous triple waterfall
If there’s one thing the Yorkshire Dales has never been short of, it’s beautiful places to escape to.

Each suite comes with a super king bed, a spacious lounge and a private terrace, complete with a freestanding outdoor bath.
For those who believe relaxation should be taken extremely seriously, selected Hyllside Spa Suites turn things up another notch, with steam rooms and copper spa baths with jets on the private terrace. There are also a limited number of dog-friendly suites, so four-legged guests can join the Yorkshire adventure, while a fully accessible suite has been designed with comfort and ease in mind.
The appeal isn’t just what’s inside the suites. Aysgarth Falls Hotel sits in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with the spectacular falls themselves providing an impressive natural backdrop. The surrounding countryside is made for walking, exploring and generally working up an appetite, while the hotel’s pub, lounge and restaurant are close enough to provide a very welcome reward afterwards.

The Hyllside Suites are due to open in late 2026, with prices starting from £245 per night. The Hyllside Spa Suites will start from £325.
Sometimes the best way to experience the Yorkshire Dales is to get out and explore it. And sometimes it’s to spend the afternoon in a hot bath on your own terrace, listening to the sound of the countryside and deciding that tomorrow’s walk can wait.

Innovative Leeds music venue TESTBED announces launch party lineup

Ever-evolving Leeds music hotspot TESTBED is making its grand return to Leeds city centre with an impressive launch party lineup.
Recognised as a cultural venue for bringing people together via music, TESTBED has hosted a variety of club nights in its warehouse location since 2024.
Back in April, it was announced that the team behind this rave-centric club were transforming this space from it's 'Phase 1.3' to 'Phase 2.0'.
Now, TESTBED has released the full lineup for its upcoming launch party which will show off some of the venue's latest features like its 360-degree DJ booth, improved acoustics and 5,000 sq ft mezzanine and balcony area.

Previous performers include Liverpool dance music duo Camelphat, house music DJ Alisha, Netherlands-own Chris Stussy and more, so it will come as no surprise that this relaunch features an equally-stellar lineup.
Fronting the bill for the TESTBED Launch Party is none other than EDM connoisseur and influential figure Annie Mac, who's hosted a variety of radio shows across the BBC as well as curating a set or two herself.
Also in attendance is Horse Meat Disco, a group who put disco and queer culture at the forefront of each and every high-energy set.
Irish selector Shee is also showing off his music expertise and already having collaborations with the likes of A-trak and Karma Kid, expect to hear some tunes.

Seasoned club DJ and presenter Marcia Carr, known for playing live sets with vinyl records, will also be soundtracking the night too, playing out everything from Afrohouse to dubstep.
Of course, it wouldn't be a Leeds-based party without some local talent courtesy of Junior Simba who's quickly become a key player in the house music scene.
And if that wasn't enough raving for you, TESTBED has already announced even more insane nights of music madness featuring ROSSI., Interplanetary Criminal and Obskür.
