There’s a whole new cast for season five.
Netflix has announced the release date and a teaser trailer for the fifth series of The Crown, reports The Manc.
The hugely popular historical drama follows the timeline of the late Queen Elizabeth II’s reign.
It’s gone from her coronation all the way through to the marriage of Prince Charles and Princess Diana – and the next instalment will bring the series closer to the present day.
Every two seasons, new actors take on the roles of the royal family, which means a brand new cast taking to our screens when The Crown returns.
Netflix confirmed at its Tudum event that the new season will air on 9 November.
In the teaser trailer, we get our first proper glimpse of Elizbaeth Debicki in the role of Diana, and Dominic West as Prince Charles.
The tense clip shows the breakdown of the famous couple’s marriage, and looks set to include the controversial interview with Martin Bashir.
Imelda Staunton, who also played Professor Umbridge in Harry Potter, will take on the lead role as Queen Elizabeth II.
Previous actors who have portrayed the Queen have been Claire Foy and Olivia Colman.

Jonathan Pryce is taking over from Tobias Menzies in the role of Prince Philip.
Filming of the next series was paused following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, and was halted again on the day of her funeral.
Season five was originally set to be the final instalment, but creator and writer Peter Morgan later confirmed a sixth series is in the works.
