Homeboy oh boy, we’re excited about this one.
It’s no secret amongst us Leeds lot that if you’re looking for a good slice of pizza, then there’s no where better to go than Homeboy Pizza Co.
Harry and his wonderful team have been a firm favourite since the lockdown days, slinging out pies in local bars and at popups until opening their first permanent site in Burley last May.
And it’s safe to say it’s gone down an absolute storm, with constant queues at the door of hungry punters looking to get their Scottie Pepperoni fix. I mean, who can blame them?

But now, Harry has announced that he’ll be opening a second Homeboy Pizza Co in Roundhay and we’re absolutely buzzing about it.
Taking over the former Harpo’s takeaway on Street Lane, the new spot will be opening up this summer and until then we’ll be counting down the days.
And if you’re not familiar with the delicious pies that Homeboy Pizza Co. are slinging out then first of all, where have you been? And secondly, allow us to fill you in.

At Homeboy you can expect flavours that you won’t find on your usual pizza menu, like the Tropic Thunder’, featuring fresh pineapple, zingy chilli, jalapeños, pickled onion and salsa verde as well as the ‘Paul Phoenix’ with smokey nduja, piquante peppers, fermented chilli, vodka sauce, candied jalapeño.
These aren’t just your average pizzas, their inventive ingredients elevate them to the next level and will leave you going back for more and more.
We don’t know a firm date yet, but we’ll keep you updated as we know more and we’ll most definitely see you in the queue for a slice.
