Alpaca Fest will celebrate National Alpaca Farm Day and it promises to be a fun day out for all the family.
Now you’ve heard of music festivals, and probably food festivals, but have you heard of a festival dedicated entirely to alpacas?
Well, the people over at Ings Park Farm in North Cave, East Yorkshire feel passionate about alpacas and are hosting an entire day festival to celebrate them on Saturday 3 September 2022.
This day marks National Alpaca Day, so there truly is no better way to celebrate than attending a festival dedicated to the gorgeous, furry friends.
Ings Park are a small local herd of 26 alpacas located in the beautiful village of North Cave. Throughout the year you can visit the farm to meet the alpacas and go on guided alpaca treks, all whilst learning about the majestic animals from trained professionals.
The alpaca festival is set to be a day full on fun for the whole family, featuring stalls, food and drink vendors, activities and of course, alpacas! Get ready to make some new furry friends who deserve to be celebrated on their one special day of the year.
The event is taking place on Saturday 3 September 2022 and gates will open at 10am and close at 4pm. No pre-booking is required and payment will be taken on the time of entry to the farm.
Adult entry costs £3, for children aged 4-14 entry costs £2, and for children below the age of 3 entrance is free.
