If there's one there's one thing that's better than unlimited booze- it's when it comes with the addition of bottomless pizza too.
If you're anything like us, bottomless brunch is a real treat but you're wondering why all so much booze is served with teeny portions of salad? Soaking up your bottomless can be a task in itself, but a decent foodie offering is what separates those that need to go to bed after their ninety minute sitting and those that can carry on into the evening- so it's well worth ensuring your stomach is lined and you've got plenty to eat during your boozy brunch.
The perfect response to this dialemma is bottomless pizza: this way no matter how hungry you are, you'll leave full of carbs and cheese- and turns out there's more than one way to get unlimited food in Leeds.
We've rounded up our favourite places to head for a bottomless brunch and get unlimited pizza in the process: you'll thank us later.
Simpatico
Pizza is served 'al taglio' at Simpatico. / Image: Simpatico
The only thing missing from this authentic Italian experience is the beaming sunshine and 45 degree heat, though given it is only winter- we’re willing to sacrifice the warmth for some delicious food and drink.
Pizzas are served by the slice in true Simpatico style and the pick ‘n’ mix flavours are cooked fresh with flavours that will only be confirmed on the day. Expect classic margaritas, mushrooms, pepperoni as well as more exciting toppings like olives and salami chunks.
Named after Rome’s iconic central station at the heart of the Eternal City, expect fast-paced service, with every top up running to clockwork standards. Of course, the drinks included pay homage to their namesake, so expect the likes of refreshing Aperol Spritz, G&Ts, and even top-tier beers like Peroni, served in 330ml bottles. There’s a glass of fizz on arrival, plus Prosecco can be served throughout the sitting too, so there’s something for every palette.
Hoist House has been voted the second best in Leeds for its bottomless options. / Image: The Hoot Leeds
Revolutionising bottomless brunches with an offering of unlimited food and drink, Hoist House is serving up huge pizzas with a whopping thirteen different drinks.
Alongside classic margaritas and pepperoni flavours, brunchers can choose from exciting options like BBQ with cajun chicken and the ‘N-Doo-Ya’ piled high with Nduja and mozzarella. The Naked pizza, which takes the best of a garlic bread and regular margarita to offer a vegan-friendly tomato, onion and pepper pizza topped with garlic tomatoes and garlic basil oil.
Drinkswise, the choices here are endless. There’s four different types of Spritz: think your usual Aperol option, as well as elevated alternatives to mix up your ninety minute sitting. There’s limoncello, Disaronno, a ‘Hugo’: which comes as a refreshing alternative with elderflower liqueur. In addition to these summer-style drinks, there’s Peach Bellinis, Mimosas and free-flowing Prosecco on offer, as well as a vast selection of soft drinks and mocktails.
Think coppa salami with parmesan or tandoori chicken with chilli and yoghurt; or if you want to be really controversial there’s, spicy ‘nduja with caramelised pineapple and honey in this unlimited pizza deal. Vegans needn’t miss out: their pizza selection is packed with flavour and childhood favourites. A vegan chicken and potato waffle pizza topped with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and tomato sauce can be served as many times as you wish.
Grab a slice with one hand and a dart with the other: this brunch club isn't a bottomless one but it does come with the option to add a sampler of Social Darts and a bottle of Prosecco to share. You’ll have a full hour to throw darts to your heart’s content in the oche.
Tickets cost £30 per person and must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Given there’s a full bottle of fizz, unlimited pizza brought by the paddle and the option to add a full hours of darts: it’s definitely a great value-for-money option.
Bottomless beer, free-flowing prosecco AND unlimited pizza? It sounds like a match made in heaven. After all, whilst unlimited drinks are a given on a bottomless brunch it tends to be a lot harder to find somewhere that will give you endless food too – but we’ve done it.
Running for 90 minutes, the bottomless offer at Cuckoo is priced at £20 but it can be upgraded to include cocktails like the Quackiri, raspberry Lynchburg and fruit punch for another £5. What an absolute bargain of a deal.
Food-wise, pizza topping choices range from the standard to the pretty funky – with some interesting topping selections that range from pork scratching and baked beans to nachos and marmite. Feeling adventurous? Opt for their ‘bah tat’ pizza, comprised of ham, caramelised onion and pork scratchings; or try the ‘love or hate’ marmite base pizza topped with cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
The team behind Stuzzi - one of Leeds’ best-loved Italian restaurants - are set to launch a brand-new concept in Farsley this week.
La Grassa will be a new Italian-American ‘Paninoteca’ and diner concept, where you’ll be able to get your hands on paninos filled with house-made meats, cheeses and sauces.
The new concept comes from Stuzzi Leeds co-founders Jimbob Phillips and Brett Lee, and is set to open in Amity Brew Co.
They’ll be taking over the former brewing area at Sunnybank Mills, after Amity moved their brewery operations over to a new site in Greengates.
This new collaboration between Stuzzy and Amity Brew Co will bring Italian-American flavours to Farsley with quick-service dining - hearty sandwiches and light bites by day, and more substantial plates by night.
Jimbob Phillips of Stuzzi Leeds said, “La Grassa is about bringing people together over food that’s indulgent, fun and full of flavour. Working with Amity gives us the perfect space to explore that in a new way.”
Brett Lee added: “We wanted to create a place that feels lively and approachable, where people can enjoy the quality of Stuzzi Leeds in a quick-service format without compromising on taste.”
Verity Clarke, Director at Amity Brew Co, said: “While we were brewing on-site at Sunny Bank Mills, it did limit the hospitality experience. We could only open four days a week, and there wasn’t a weekday that went by without mill visitors wanting to pop in for a daytime drink or bite to eat.
"Over the past five years, we’ve collaborated with food vendors, and it’s always added another welcome dimension to the experience at Amity. We’re very excited to have such a high-quality team joining us to really fulfil Amity’s potential.”
La Grassa at Amity Brew Co will officially open on Friday 13 February 2026 with new extended opening hours from Tuesday to Sunday every week.
