A new way to eat out on a Sunday.
Whilst we’ll be the first to admit that there are endless spots to grab a decent weekend roast dinner in Leeds, we also recognise that these usually come as a meat and two veg variety that is tasty, but uninspiring.
Bringing the excitement back to our Sunday dinners, Northern Kitchen in Bradford is serving up their roasts as a sharing board for two.
The idea is that you can given all of your meat, carbs, veggies and jug-loads of gravy on one giant board and you can then divide portions and conquer the best meal of the week with your chosen partner.

With a choice of either pink topside beef or roasted chicken, each platter comes with a selection of roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings and locally-sourced vegetables that we imagine will change each week based on availability.
£29.50 covers the cost of the board, making this a competitively priced roast that’s bound to bring ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ to the table. For an upgraded price of £80, guests can choose to instead devour a rib of beef, split between four people- and judging by the images, it’s been a very popular option.

The bustling kitchen also have an ever-changing menu of roast dinner inspired dishes.
Think rare roast beef baguettes with pickled onions and horseradish mayo and one of our regional specialities, beef Yorkshire pudding wraps with roasties and gravy.
Northern Kitchen is a twenty minute drive from Leeds city centre, just off the M62 and M621. Sunday roasts are available 1 -6pm but booking ahead is advised, as the kitchen have reported sell-out bookings in previous weeks.
