Rightmove has released its annual list of the happiest places to live in the UK, and a Yorkshire town comes in at number six.
The Happiest at Home Index for 2023 has been released, and we are quite gutted that only one Yorkshire location has made in onto the list.
If it were up to us then no other county would be included, but maybe we're a little biased.
A whopping 26,000 people were interviewed by Rightmove to decipher the results.
They're asked questions about how they feel towards where they live, encompassing a range of subjects from a the sense of community to access to green spaces.

Coming in at number six is the North Yorkshire market town of Skipton.
Boasting a historic castle, a famous market and a beautiful canal which runs through the town, it's no surprise that people here are overcome with happiness.
Not only that, you've got the wonderful Bolton Abbey on your doorstep as well as the Ilkley moors if you fancy a stroll in the blustery Yorkshire Dales.
The top ten happiest places to live in the UK according to Rightmove are:
Richmond upon Thames, Greater London
Winchester, South East
Monmouth, Wales
Wokingham, South East
Cirencester, South West
Skipton, Yorkshire and The Humber
Hemel Hempstead, East of England
Kensington and Chelsea, Greater London
St Ives, South West
Hexham
Last year, the Happiest at Home Index saw Yorkshire’s spa town of Harrogate make the list in sixth place also, but it seems Skipton residents have had a happy spike this year and made their way up into the chart.
Rightmove’s survey found that people seem to be happier living in rural areas over cities – especially if they lived near a national park or Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
People were also happy if they lived nearby public transport, shops and restaurants.
The Good Food Guide has released its annual list of the top bakeries across the UK – and one in Leeds has made the cut.
The prestigious guide has been travelling across the nation testing out the joy of British bakeries, from pastries to loaves to croissants to biscuits. What a tough job.
The Good Food Guide has said that the nation is going through something of a ‘modern baking boom’ and selected one spot locally that are doing it better than anyone else.
And that bakery is the fabulous Nova Bakehouse that is co-owned by sisters Sarah Lemanski and Hannah Mather.

Located on Leeds Dock, Nova Bakehouse is a beautiful sun drenched spot that serve up irresistible morning buns, chewy cookies and speciality loaves.
They focus on 'flavour forward baking' using seasonal ingredients to create monthly specials that'll have you going back time and time again.
It was the only Leeds spot to feature on the list, for the second year running might we add, but elsewhere in Yorkshire Haxby Bakehouse in York and Baker’s Yard Bakery in Sheffield are included.

Editor of The Good Food Guide, Chloë Hamilton, said: “Choosing just 50 winners was an almost impossible task given how diverse and highly skilled the British baking scene has become.
“From wood-fired sourdough in Perthshire to a central London café peddling pains au chocolat that take you straight to the streets of Paris, one thing uniting them all is sheer unadulterated deliciousness."
All of a sudden we're feeling pretty peckish for a croissant...what's your favourite bakery in Leeds?
