All the places you can see the Marvel TV Show being filmed.
Earlier this week, The Hoot reported that a new Marvel TV series will be filmed in Leeds city centre this weekend.
To mark the truly special occasion, we imagine that the streets of the city centre will be packed with fans trying to grab a selfie or meet the cast of the new Disney+ series Secret Invasion- but we’re guessing quite a few people will be wandering around aimlessly looking for where to find the cast.
So, we’ve found a list of all the areas set to be closed off to the public to make room for filming- so our guess is just head to the spots and when you reach the ‘road closed’ sign, you’ll know you’ve found the exact location.
A letter from Grass-Fed Productions stated that the main filming location will be on Bond Court- that’s where you’ll usually find the likes of Moose Coffee, La Bottega Milanese and some office blocks, but there’s additional filming in other locations across the city too.
The complete list of location that will be used is as followed:
- Bond Court
- Gusto Alleyway, running between Greek Street and Bond Court
- Greek Street
- Alexander Street
There will also be no parking available at the following locations to make way for production:
- St Pauls Street Pay and Display Parking
- Bedford Street
- South Parade
- Alexander Street
The expected locations are expected to be cordoned off for set-up on Friday 21 January and Saturday 22 January, then filming will take place on Sunday 23 January between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
Over in Halifax, the Piece Hall will be shut from Monday 24 January and Monday 31 January for filming. It is rumoured that there will be 260 members of cast and extras, plus an additional 200 crew members taking part throughout the TV show’s weeklong stay in Halifax.
MP for Halifax, Holly Lynch shared on Twitter that the celebrity appearances are going to be a great opportunity for Yorkshire.

“Not to coolest quote I’ve ever given but this is awesome! I confess to being a massive Marvel geek and so the prospect of filming taking place here in Halifax is incredibly exciting!”
This is what we know about the series Secret Invasion so far:
Samuel L Jackson will play Nick Fury, the former director of S.H.I.E.L.D who is working with Skrulls in deep space; Ben Mendelsohn will play Talos, the leader of the Skrull sect and an ally of Fury, and Kingsley Ben-Adir has been cast as the lead villain.
At the moment, there’s no further information about the roles of the rest of the cast, only that the series will be six episodes long and all the revealed cast will feature in at least one episode.
