The humble pornstar martini is a cocktail classic for a good reason.
The passion-fruit-flavoured cocktail is made with vanilla-flavoured vodka, Passoã, passion fruit juice, and lime juice- and let's face it, it deserves a place on the bottomless brunch table. Sadly, there are few places in Leeds that are willing to put it on their unlimited menu- but that doesn't mean they're impossible to find.
We've hunted high and low for the best bottomless brunches around and in that time we've found a fair few with our beloved pornstar martini cocktail on, so here are our top picks...
Canal Club
Image: The Hoot Leeds
For ninety minutes every Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 2pm and 6pm, take a seat and listen to the tunes of Canal Club DJs mixing the latest House anthems, all without your cocktail ever leaving your hand. Choose from the likes of Kir Royale, Aperol Spritz, Long Island Iced Tea, as well as Meantime Lager, Pink Prosecco and the classic bottomless essential that we're all here for: Pornstar Martinis. Brunchers are also invited to choose a main meal from the Brunch menu, split into four sections that represent the worldwide inspiration of the cafe-club, during their sitting.
One of the cocktail upgrades on Mans Markets' bottomless brunch is the Kobe Tai: a pornstar martini done Hong Kong style (there's no difference but the name). Elsewhere on the bottomless menu, you'll find unlimited fizz and house lager, as well as black bean and pepper with tofu, chicken or beef, or Mans Market’s ‘around the world chicken curry’, served with your choice of egg fried rice, steamed rice or noodles.
The amber jewels in this crown of bottomless brunches are the pornstar martinis on the menu. This is the only bottomless in Leeds that includes any and all cocktails on the menu and there’s no shame in taking full advantage of that. In addition to this, expect a whole lot of pizza, Prosecco and pints- not that anyone is complaining. Choose from either sweet waffles drenched in Nutella, strawberries and a whole lot of sugar or a sizaeable pizza with all your favourite toppings like.
Dishes to feast on here include the likes of stuffed burrata with a truffle-infused tomato salad, or the Choripan sandwich (chorizo sausage, chimichurri mayo, crispy shallots, brioche roll). To wash it all down with, in addition to our favourite, the Pornstar Martini, you can also grab unlimited cocktails like Aperol spritz, Elder spritz, and bloody marys, plus staples like bottled lager, Ketel One peach and orange vodka with soda, Jack Daniels no.7 and lemonade or the house Domaine Chandon (Argentinian sparkling wine).
To wet your appetite there’s four drink options available: Peroni, Pornstar Martini cocktails, pink gin and tonic and Prosecco. The Liquorist promises that their “attentive team will ensure your drink is topped up for your entire stay”- so expect to get those glasses refilled as many times as you want. The excitement doesn’t stop there. Throughout the ninety minute drinking experience, you have the choice of eight different small plates- and you can have three of those included in your bottomless experience.
The Martini options at Dirty Martini are impressive to say the least, but given it's in the name, we'd hope there were at least a few options. Of course the classic passionfruit variety is on offer, but it comes in addition to the likes of Espresso Martinis, Perfect Ladys, Berry Cosmos and G&Ts aplenty. Your food options include beef and cheese sliders, arancini, tortilla strips and more served inside a birdcage.
Revolution Electric Press

The newly renovated Revolution has been transformed into a 'vodka land' fairground with a decent bottomless brunch list. On their cocktail upgrade (an extra £10 to their usual deal), you can add pornstar martinis to the brunch's ninety minute sitting. Elsewhere on the menu, you'll find brunch pizzas, pancakes aplenty and avo on toast between glasses of Ketel V&T, Aperol Spritz, Prosecco and Bloody Marys.

Beloved Leeds bistro ‘over the moon’ after being named one of the best restaurants in the UK
Clementine Hall
It's just another accolade for Bavette as the neighbourhood bistro is crowned one of the best in the UK.
And they're just as excited as we are.
Voted for by the industry's best, the National Restaurant Awards include a list of the country's top 100 restaurants every single year.
Although the official awards ceremony and numbered list will take place in June, last week the restaurants that will be included received an adorable box of confetti through the post.
And one of our very own, unsurprisingly, received just that.
Ever since opening back in 2024, Bavette Bistro nestled in the leafy suburb of Horsforth has made waves across the country for its sheer brilliance.
It's pretty much received five star reviews across the board and been handed awards from left, right and centre. And rightly so.
The Good Food Guide crowned Bavette the best local restaurant of 2024, and Michelin handed them a well deserved Bib Gourmand - so it's safe to say it's not just us who think it's really something special.
And now, they've earned themselves a coveted spot in the top 100 restaurants in the UK.
Images: The Hoot Leeds
Here's what Bavette had to say after discovering the news: "Over the moon to get the news we’ve made it into @nationalrestaurantawards top 100 for this year.
"A list we’ve long since hugely admired and such a massive honour to make it this year. Voted for by industry grandees, the full list will be announced at their awards ceremony in June which we’ll be there for. Allez."
Congratulations Sandy, Clement and the wonderful team - this is absolutely so well deserved and we'll be cheering you on in June from the sidelines.
