Yorkshire puddings and beer are two of the greatest inventions ever known to man. Now they’ve been combined into one drinkable nectar.
Yes, you can now enjoy the Sunday Roast classic in beer form and we’re very much here for it.
Even better, this is no imitation beer. Made right at the foothills of the North York moors, it’s Yorkshire through and through and as authentic as you can possibly get.
Created by The Real Yorkshire Pudding Company, each bottle contains a quarter of a real Yorkshire pudding inside.
And at 3.6%, it’s also light enough to justify drinking four (a necessity if you want to enjoy a full Yorkshire pud in one sitting).
For purists, there’s also a pale ale version that comes in slightly stronger at 3.8% abv. These come either canned or in mini-keg form, with the latter retailing for £24.95.
Based in South Yorkshire on the banks of the River Derwent, Malton brewery is one of the smallest commercial brewers in Britain. Unsurprisingly, its high quality beer is in high demand.
The brewery also recently did a collaboration with the Yorkshire pudding pie company, using their Yorkshire pudding beer to create some amazing pies.
Unfortunately, these are all gone now but you can still order the beer online through Malton Brewery’s website here.
