Romeo & Juliet by Northern Ballet is returning to Leeds this June

The greatest love story ever told is back to Leeds Playhouse.

Adapted by Christopher Gable CBE and Massimo Moricone, Romeo & Juliet is one of Northern Ballet’s most beloved and critically acclaimed productions.

So you can imagine our excitement when we found out the production would be returning to the city for a run at the Leeds Playhouse this June.

We know you know the story of Shakespeare’s iconic Romeo & Juliet, but this version brings the drama and passion to a whole other level.

Through every graceful leap and every beautiful turn, Northern Ballet invites you to rediscover the story like it’s the very first time, as the lovers fight to kindle their flame against the turmoil around them.

Be prepared to be bowled over by incredible dancers, eye-catching sets and jaw dropping music by Prokofiev.
