Craig David announces gig at Leeds’ First Direct Arena as part of 2025 UK tour

The Craig-naissance continues.

UK R&B, garage and pop legend Craig David is heading back out on tour next year as he’ll be kicking things off right here in Leeds.

The ‘7 Days’, ‘Fill Me In’ and ‘DNA’ singer has been well and truly on the comeback over the past few years and as one of the biggest British chart-toppers of the noughties, we are loving having Craig David back smashing the live music circuit.

Announcing his latest ‘Commitment’ tour in early 2025, the 42-year-old will be starting off his tour at the Leeds First Direct Arena on Thursday 2 February.

Embarking on dozen initial domestic shows in the UK, closing out the schedule at the O2 in London on 20 February, it’s sure to be a popular tour.

Better still, he’s bringing an equally nostalgic name along with him for the ride as fellow 2000s hit-maker Lemar has been confirmed as his special guest and main support act.

We’re just loving all these throwbacks.

The First Direct arena says: “As one of the UK’s most loved artists, Craig has remained at the helm of his own unique, authentically British sound. A sound that made waves across the globe, making him the voice of one of the most pivotal eras in UK music, and in turn, making him one of the most successful artists in UK chart history.”

And we couldn’t have put it better ourselves.

General admission tickets for the gig go on sale this Friday, 3 May at 10am and you can get your tickets here.
