The new bottomless brunch with traditional Thai food and unlimited cocktails

A new bottomless brunch for Leeds,

Launching over the bank holiday weekend, Sukhothai is bringing a whole new meaning to bottomless brunch with an extensive menu of flavour.

Served on Saturday 27 August 2022, 12 – 3.30pm, Sukhothai is getting in on the bottomless trend and bringing unlimited cocktails, wine and juices to the table for a ninety minute brunch experience.

There’s two different options on the menu. Choose either a two course lunch with starter and main course or opt for a Thai tapas-style serving of three small plates per person.

These small plates come wiuth the likes of crispy duck bao buns with hoisin sauce and spring onions, or Sukhothai Dumplings with steamed taro and vegetable dumplings, served with sweet soy sauce and topped with crispy garlic.

There’s also plenty of Sukhothai classics like the Laab Gai Krob, a crispy chicken disj with spicy Thai-Issan dressing, or the Tod Mun Pla, authentic Thai fishcakes with gorgeous garnishings and a hint of red chili.

The Gung Ta Krai will also be a standout favourite, think juicy king prawns in a crispy, fragrant lemongrass batter, served with a freshly made sweet chilli sauce.

Meanwhile on the two course set menu, the Gung Ta Krai and Tod Mun Pla also makes an appearance as a starter, as well as Tod Mun Khao Phode, a veggie serving of traditional homemade sweetcorn cakes topped with diced cucumber
and shallots, served with a freshly made sweet chilli sauce.

On the main course menu, we’re talking traditional curries aplenty: there’s a green Thai curry, Gang Massaman with creamy coconut sauce, one of Thailand’s most popular dishes, the Pad Ga Prao spicy stir fry and plenty more to choose from.

If that’s not enough there’s thai prawn crackers or veggie alternatives to snack on whilst you wait and a whole range of boozy and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from.

There’s the ever-changing cocktail of the week, so that each time you visit, you’ll be able to taste-test a new concoction, alongside Prosecco, house wine and Singha beer. Plus, for those looking for non-alcoholic options, there’s jasmine tea, fruit juices and soft drinks to choose from.

Chosing £35 per person, the Sukhothai bottomless brunch will be available every Saturday and Sunday, at the Leeds City Centre venue only, from 12 – 3.30pm for 90 minutes (making the last time of arrival 2pm).
