Here’s your guide on where to spend Bonfire Night in Leeds this year.
After the council-led Bonfire Night events were cancelled for another year, local sports clubs, pubs and community-run spaces have been opening up Bonfire Night events aplenty.
With the night itself only a few short weeks away, pre-booked tickets have been flying off the shelves, so we advise acting fast so you don’t miss out.

Friday 3 November | Free
This completely free event is kicking off the festivities with neon face painting, a BBQ and of course a fantastic display of fireworks. Gates open from 6pm.
Friday 3 November | Adults £7, children £5
Beck and Call are hosting two family-friendly displays this year, one at 3:30 and one at 6:30pm. Expect delicious food and drink as well as market stalls.
Saturday 4 November | Adults £5, children £3
Gather and watch the two displays at Fulneck Golf Club and be surrounded by wonderful live music. You can buy your tickets here.
Saturday 4 November | Adults £6, children £4
What’s dubbed as “Probably the BEST Fireworks display in the North”, Moortown Fireworks Extravaganza is going to be one of the biggest events in the city, given the professional display has been going for some 30 years now.
Saturday 4 November | £10 per person, food included
Is there anything better than a warming pie and peas in this weather? No, and The Mustard Pot will be serving this up whilst you watch the show and it’s all included in the ticket price. What a winner.
Sunday 5 November | Table £30, standing £5
There’ll be no fireworks at this event but that won’t stop the fun. Expect a roaring bonfire, fire dancers, delicious food and drink and loads more.
